Hola mi amigos! Sorry for the late post. I’ve been picking blueberries at a local blueberry farm! Super cool! Already made a blueberry smoothie! I used: 2 handfuls of blueberries, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk and one scoop of vanilla plant protein mix! Refreshing!
I got up super early and mowed before I had my celery juice this morning. It hit the spot after though. If I hadn’t run out of celery, I would have made another glass.
I don’t want to sound like a broken record but everything is the same. Still feeling less bloated for sure! Skin is “purty!” However, I DID NOT sleep well last night. I was up at 1:30 and haven’t been back to sleep yet. I even drank some “sleepytime tea” and no bueno. I don’t think this can be fixed and I need to cherish those nights that I do sleep. I attribute my insomnia to my “wonky brain.”
Heck yes!!!! I didn’t drink one single Dr. Pepper yesterday, although I wanted one so bad I could’ve clawed someone’s eyes out. Ok, maybe not that bad, but almost. I’ve had several folks take the no soda vow with me. Not sure how they are doing but kudos for taking that step. ( I haven’t had a Dr. Pepper today – so far! Trying really hard!)
Through much trial and error I’ve found three teas that I really like. I rarely drink them hot. I steep the tea and then refrigerate. I’m pretty picky about tea. These are caffeine free. Give ’em a try if you are looking for something other than water and you are trying to smash the soda habit.
